Kathryn Smith is most excited about helping clients navigate the ups and downs of the real estate sales process. With her background in psychology and mediation and her love and knowledge of her community, she is well prepared to be a great agent in a complex industry. Kathryn knows her community. She grew up here, graduated from Carrollton High School, and earned a psychology degree from the University of West Georgia. Kat and her husband were both raised in Carrollton and now have three daughters. They attend 1st Christian Church in Carrollton and love playing on their Roopville farm with friends and family.
