As a native of Alabama, Ron Bass has unique experience in the East Alabama real estate market. Ron was born in Loxley, Alabama, and grew up in Andalusia. After earning a degree in computer science from Massey College in Atlanta, he moved to Roanoke, Alabama, to attend Southern Union State Community College. There he went to work for the U.S. Postal Service, where he worked until retirement. He now resides on beautiful Lake Wedowee and sells real estate for Duffey Realty. He is also active in the local community. He was appointed by Alabama’s governor to serve on the State Board of Physical Therapy and served as a member and officer for more than six years. He is also active in the Athletic Club of Randolph County and a member of Ava United Methodist Church. Ron has a daughter and two sons.
